Free Street Trees Available from the City

Submitted by lizfuller on Wed, 10/23/2013 - 20:19.

The City of Los Angeles currently has a federally grant funded program in which free street trees are being planted along the parkway. The only requirements are that participants must agree to water their tree(s) and they must live within the City. For more information please go to http://www.environmentla.org/treeplanting.cfm or call (213) 485-3954. Also, please help spread the word to residents and business owners. Together we can beautify the neighborhood and create a more sustainable City!
